For your personal and non-commercial use, you may link to our website or any part of it, providing this does not affect our reputation, take advantage of our reputation or act illegally.

B.1.1. Which personal data do we collect and why?

When you contact us, via our contact form or when subscribing to our electronic newsletter, you expressly provide us with personal data such as: First name, Name, Address, Phone or E-mail address. This data is stored in our database which allows MAVALA S.A. to provide you with the information you have requested. We are also likely to use this data as part of tracking the activity of the website. This follow-up gives us a better understanding of how you use the website and thus better service.

B.1.2. Right of access, rectification and erasure (right to be forgotten)

The user has the right to access, amend and delete personal data as well as the right of total or partial objection for legitimate reasons, to processing of such data. The user may exercise all these rights by writing to us through our contact form, and selecting the subject «Privacy Policy / Personal Data». So that we can satisfy this request, the user will have to provide us with the necessary details to identify him/her: first name, name, address and e-mail, while informing us precisely of his/her wishes.

B.1.3. Unsubscribe from the Newsletter

Our website offers a «Newsletter» to which you have the option to subscribe and which contains in particular interesting information on MAVALA’s product ranges and novelties.

MAVALA S.A. offers users the option to unsubscribe by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each «Newsletter», or by completing the contact form, by selecting «Privacy Policy / Personal Data» as the subject and indicating the request, as well as the e-mail address to unsubscribe. Your request will be dealt with by MAVALA S.A. as soon as possible.

MAVALA S.A. endeavours to protect user’s personal data against damage, loss, misappropriation, intrusion, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
